Lulwa Al Amin is the trading name of Lulwa Al Amin Fashion Design Establishment, a company registered in Bahrain under registration number 81167. Our registered address is Villa 367, Road 3307, Block 333 Mahooz Town, Kingdom of Bahrain.

Lulwa Al Amin (“Lulwa Al Amin” “we” “us”) applies these terms and conditions to the purchase and sale of products (“Products” “Goods”) made through www.lulwaalamin.com (the “Website”).

Please read through before placing an order with www.lulwaalamin.com, also please review our PRIVACY POLICY  before placing an order on this website.

By placing an order for such products you agree to be bound by, and accept these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without any notice at any time. An updated version will be posted on this website.

COVID-19 Terms and Conditions

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, products purchased and received by the customer are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

Customers are more than welcome to contact us on customercare@lulwaalamin.com for further details about the products before purchasing.


When you place an order, an electronic confirmation form will be sent to your email. This does not represent the acceptance of your order. An order is only accepted when you receive an email confirming that the products have been dispatched.

We reserve the right to not accept your order for any reason at our sole discretion.


We accept Master Card, Visa and Benefit.

All Credit and Debit cards are subject for verification for security reasons. If the issuer of your debit/ credit card refuses to authorize payment, we are then not accountable for any delay or not delivering.

Our site is secure using Credimax, a secure online payment gateways.

Payments made on debit / credit cards outside of USD or BHD will be calculated using currency conversion. We are not responsible for any credit insufficiency due to the currency conversion rate.

Shipping  and delivery

We offer various shipping options via Aramex . We do not accept cash on delivery .

We try to dispatch orders within 24 hours , however we cannot grantee the delivery of items based on the shipping time frame you select. As we cant dispatch items until we obtain full payment authorization . Delivery options on the website are effective once the item is dispatched. Lulwa Al Amin is not responsible for any delay caused by destination customs and clearance .

If a delay occurs we will be in contact with you to update you about the situation.

Lulwa Al Amin will also not be responsible for any additional charges from destination customs and clearance. Kindly check with your local offices for prices  before you place an order .

A signature at delivery will be required by any receiver present at the time of delivery .


When registering kindly provide us with accurate information . Should any of the registered information change , please notify us on customercare@lulwaalamin.com .


All pricing of goods is subject to change , and we reserve the right to make these changes at any given time without notice due to market circumstances . We will be updating prices regularly on the website. The price of your order will not change from the time your order was accepted .

We will charge you for items and shipping costs only. We are not responsible for any additional destination charges from customs and clearance . Kindly check with your local offices for prices before you place an order .

In the occasion of a sale we will be happy to offer a price adjustment on items purchased up to a 7 day period prior to the start of the sale. Please note that the exact size and style of the item must be available on the website at the time your request is made. If the adjustment is approved it will be issued in the form of an online store credit  and the product will be a final sale.

Items originally purchased in a sale or special promotion are not available for price adjustment.

Website Content and Colours

Lulwa Al Amin tries to insure that all information and images on this site are accurate. However we do not warrant that all information is accurate.

We also make an effort to make sure that all product colours are as accurate as possible. However we cannot guarantee that. If you have any questions about a product colour kindly contact us on customercare@lulwaalamin.com .


Returns & Exchange

Items can be returned and exchanged within 14 days from the date that your order is received .  Please contact us at customercare@lulwaalamin.com to arrange a return or exchange .

Items returned or exchanged must be delivered to Lulwa Al Amin within the 14 day period.

Following the 14 day deadline we cannot accept a return or exchange .

You can return your items for an online store credit .

In the case of an exchange we can only exchange the same item in the same style in a different size , based on stock availability .

If that option is not available, you can return the good and we will issue an online store credit .

These items are not eligible for return or exchange :

  • Jewellery
  • Hair Accessories
  • Swimwear
  • Housewares
  • Customized Items
  • Special order items

Faulty Products

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order  if an item has a manufacturing  damaged. Damages as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. Lulwa Al Amin will then examine the product in sole discretion to determine the nature of damage .

If approved we will repair or replace the item only if the same style, size and colouris available. Alternatively an online store credit can be issued.
